2000 silverado 4.8 engine bad
Honestly, I'd just rebuild the 4.8 that is in it if you feel like the truck as a whole is worth keeping. The 4.8 is a good engine and when compared the stock vs stock the 5.3 isn't a big enough upgrade to justify the additional cost. Just my $.02 cents.- Old77

That black one with smaller rims would be ideal. I plan on doing a round eye clip on my '91 at some point in a the next few years. I'll keep it white but would like it low like that but with smaller rims than that one.- Old77

2003 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab
Thanks, man :) She's coming along. Recently I've replaced the rockers and cab corners, as well as, been collecting a ton of parts in prep for the repaint. Also start getting rid of the rust underneath and undercoating. She's been transforming faster than I'd anticipated :)- Old77

This weekend was pretty good progress. tint done and all lights replaced. Brackets for the SS bumper are on their way and will get the SS bumper cover here in less than 2 weeks. Still a couple more things to do before she's ready for paint but we're almost there.- Old77

surprisingly it never did get gross or any of that because I thought that it would too but never did. Now, granted the bed wasn't used every day for like construction or something but most likely if you use your bed like that you're not going to get a bedrug anyway LOL But it did get used to...- Old77

Sold the truck to my best friend in July of '15. He then sold it this last summer to who knows who. When he sold it the bedliner was still in great shape. Held up very nicely.- Old77
